Hanwha recruited Shim Woo-joon and Um Sang-baek, who were the main pillars of KT, to compensate for the starting lineup's axis and weaknesses.

Hanwha Eom Sang-baek and Shim Woo-joon, who turned from a wizard to an eagle, left for Melbourne, Australia, the site of the first spring camp, via Incheon International Airport in the early morning of the 22nd.

At the departure hall, Ryu Hyun-jin greeted Um Sang-baek and shook hands, and Shim Woo-joon also appeared to adjust by talking a lot with Hanwha players.

Meanwhile, Hanwha's first camp, which consists of 61 people, including head coach Kim Kyung-moon, nine coaching staff, six training coaches, and 45 players, will begin in earnest on the 25th and will be held at Melbourne Ball Park in Australia until the 19th of next month.

In the latter half of the first camp, the team will play three consecutive games against the Australian national baseball team on Feb. 14-16, before moving to Okinawa, Japan on Feb. 21 for training until March 3. In the second Japanese camp, the team will have a total of seven warm-up matches with Japanese professional baseball teams, including the Chiba Lotte Marines first team and the Hanshin Tigers second team, and Korean pro baseball teams.
